Client Property Preparation

• Clear the Area: Customers are expected to remove all loose items from the lawn before their scheduled service. This includes, but is not limited to, toys, hoses, chairs, tools, rocks, branches, garbage, and pet waste.

Liability Disclaimer

• Damage from Debris: Jelen Yards operates heavy, residential and commercial-grade machinery. While our operators are careful and observant, we are not responsible or liable for any damage to personal property (including windows, doors, siding, vehicles, or neighboring property) caused by our equipment striking rocks, branches, or any other hidden debris left in the yard.
• Equipment Damage: If Jelen Yards' mowing equipment is damaged by hidden, foreign objects left in the service area, the property owner may be held responsible for the repair costs.
